My apologies! Due to the made-to-order nature of my items & for hygienic/Covid-19 reasons, I'm unable to refund or exchange if the wrong size is ordered. 

But please contact me if there are any isssues with your order, such as the wrong item was shipped or there was a printing issue & I'll be happy to get that resolved for you ♥

All of the items in this shop are made-to-order, which means that they are not printed until an order is placed (they are made just for you!) This doesn't take a whole lot longer than ready-to-ship shops and cuts down on waste :) It's worth the wait, too, I promise!

From creation to your door: orders typically arrive within 2 weeks (but possibly longer right now due to the pandemic affecting supply and shipping timeframes which is outside my control)
